CAPTURE AND INTEGRATIONS

Verified leads, ready for your workflow.

Verify the email, score your leads and send them to your CRM or any system via webhooks.

From the tap to your tool

Every lead goes through three steps before it leaves: the email is verified, the lead is scored and it is delivered where you work.

  1. Verified data

Verify the prospect's email before sending their details to your working tools.

  2. Segment by scoring

Organise your leads by their score to quickly identify the ones with the most potential.

  3. Connect to your CRM

Send verified leads to your CRM or any system via webhooks, without changing where you work.

Events

You choose when it fires

One webhook per form, or one for your whole CRM. Every event is a row in your tool.

  • Submission completed

Someone finished the form. You get the contact, their answers and their score.

  • Partial submission

They stopped halfway but already left data. Useful for follow-up; from Plus.

  • New lead

A person shows up in your account for the first time, with name, email and phone.

  • Lead verified

They opened the email with their reward: the address is real.

  • New submission

Someone already in your CRM answers again; the new data joins their record.

What your endpoint receives

A POST with JSON: the contact, the score and the answers. The event also travels in the X-Leadtap-Event header.

Where your leads can go

No proprietary connectors: a webhook reaches anywhere, and the CSV is always at hand.

  • Webhooks

Any endpoint that accepts a JSON POST: your system, your CRM, your spreadsheet.

  • Zapier

A Zapier catch hook and, from there, thousands of apps.

  • Make

A Make webhook as the trigger of your scenario.

  • n8n

A Webhook node in n8n, in the cloud or on your own server.

  • CSV export

Download your leads whenever you want, with their answers and score. On every plan.

  • Your CRM

LeadTap does not replace your CRM: it sends the leads by webhook and you keep working where you always have.

The dashboard

What it looks like in the dashboard

Add the webhook with its URL, pick the events, test it and read its log. Nothing to code.

  • Test it firstA test delivery to your endpoint, with the same JSON you will receive later.
  • Delivery logEvery delivery with its event, the response from your endpoint and its date.
  • Resend what failedIf your endpoint did not respond, resend that delivery with one click.

Webhooks start on the Plus plan. The CRM and the CSV export are on every plan.

Questions about integrations

What are webhooks?

Webhooks automatically send the information LeadTap captures to another system. You can use them to connect your leads to a CRM, an internal platform, an automation tool or any other service that accepts webhooks.

Can I send captured leads to my CRM?

Yes. LeadTap can send leads to your CRM or any webhook-compatible system. That way you can bring contacts into your existing workflow without having to run your whole operation inside LeadTap.

Does LeadTap replace my CRM?

No. LeadTap is designed to complement your sales workflow. You can use LeadTap to generate and capture leads and then send them to your CRM or any connected system. You decide where the process continues.
